Price of the goods

The base currency in the shop is the American Dollar. The buyer can choose and use in the calculation currencies from the list of supported in our store. Currency conversion is done automatically.

Shipping cost is calculated automatically based on destination and weight of the order, including the weight of the package. In the event of an unplanned increase in the price of delivery (up to 15% of the calculated cost of delivery), all the costs of additional charges borne by the seller. In other cases, in agreement with the buyer.
The cost of packaging contained in the product price, and can not be reduced.
All additional costs such as customs, duties, etc., if they occur, the buyer pays in accordance with the laws of their country.
 
 
Order of the goods
Goods can be ordered through the online store. After ordering, the customer receives a message from the shop to email. 
Product is reserved in real time. Order is available for the payment immediately after order placement. Buyer cannot change order after placement. 
 
Terms of sending orders.
Sending an order is made depending on the workload of the warehouse, the standard is 1-3 working days from the date of payment, maximum 5 working days. If you want your order shipped by a certain date, please contact the Administration in order to avoid misunderstandings.
 
Payment for orders.
Orders sending only after full payment by the buyer. Payment for orders available with online payment systems, bank transfer, cards or classical money transfer. Please note that some of the payment options include additional fees.
Not paid orders removed from system after 5 working days.
In agreement with the Administration, time for payment may increase.
 
Delivery of the order.
Standard delivery with Czech Post. In some cases, in agreement with the Administration buyer can use another shipping delivery service, or use additional services, such as cargo insurance, etc. Fees for delivery are dependent on the weight of the order including packaging, type of delivery and destination and are consistent with rates used by the delivery service.
Seller is not responsible for the appearance of conflict due to restrictions on the importation of goods into the country the buyer.
 
Returns of the goods.
We will accept returned items if they are unused. There is no charge for restocking, handling, etc., but the return postage is to be paid by you. All returns must be made within 7 days of receiving the shipment.

Depending on the method you use to return the item(s) to us, it can take up to 7-21 days for us to receive your parcel.
To check on the status of your return, email us at svobodova.oa@gmail.com with your order number, name, address and details on the item(s) you returned.
 
Product information and recommendations:
· Product represented in the store, bought only directly from the manufacturer or an authorized representative, the Administration ensures correct identifications for goods and compliance with indicated manufacturer.
· The administration ensures that the product is the same as indicated on the packaging, except the technical errors.
· Please note that product colors displayed on your monitor may differ from real due to calibration and technical parameters of the monitor, and lighting conditions.
· Weight of the goods as declared to within 0.5 gram, except for goods in their original packaging.
· The size of a goods is determined by the marking of the manufacturer or by the selective measurement by electronic tools with a scale measuring 0.05 mm.

The use of classical money transfer for paying the order increases the time required for received payment to several days.
